Starting the month of Aquarius here is a little guide for Healer and Therapists.

How to treat patients according to their energy?

Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius)

Aquarius is an Air sign, and like every Air sign the energy focuses pretty much on their Super fast Minds.

Air is all about the Head. Very intelligent people with a lot of curiosity and the ability to connect every single dot. Brilliant theories and ideas go round and round their heads 24/7.

Thinking, thinking and more thinking

What would be the biggest challenge for this particular beings?

The most common issue they have in common is a simple MIND-BODY DISSOCIATION.

The energy concentrates entirely on their head, leaving the body aside, using it only as a vehicle.

This can be reflected as a lack of sensibility to Basic needs. Believe it or not, this are people who might not realize when they are hungry, when they are tired, or when they are in pain. Thoughts are overvalued and their only Truth.

Having said this, i recommend, for their own integration and wellbeing to work very deeply into GROUNDING.

Be aware! they are not going to like this word, to ground? the feel they are here to fly even higher!

But what they need to understand is that every bird have their nest to ground after so much flying. So its very important to CONNECT WITH THEIR BODIES.

Only when they start connecting their head to their bodies they can start a deeper work called: CONNECTING TO EMOTIONS!

What are those? They might ask!

Believe it or not, Air signs find it very hard to trust their feelings and emotions. It can be real challenging to decode their sensations and understand what are they truly feeling about a situation.

A Water sign might call them insensitive, but we need to understand that in this situation, if the mind leads, the feelings have no say in any matter.

Another big challenge for people with a lot of air in their Birth Charts, is the continuity. They have the bests ideas, they are the most creative and can think of solutions faster than anyone else. But this doesn't mean they can materialize and sustain this ideas over time. Process is definitely not something they appreciate.

So if these people want to integrate themselves and grow as a person, they would absolutely benefit from working in what they are missing!
